Korveniq Technologies launches K-Flow, a business process orchestration platform

K-Flow shows the state of an end-to-end process in real time — from event to result.

KORVENIQ TECHNOLOGIES / 2026

Most companies have already automated individual operations: requests land in the CRM, documents are generated from templates, reports are assembled from several sources. But manual work remains between those points — people copy statuses, reconcile data and rebuild context after every failure.

K-Flow was built as a system layer over the existing IT landscape. The platform does not replace the CRM or ERP: it connects them into a managed process, makes dependencies observable and gives the team one place to launch, control and improve automation.

From a set of integrations to a coherent process

The key unit of K-Flow is not a single webhook or bot, but a business process with an owner, inputs, an expected result and exception-handling rules. In the visual builder an architect describes the stages, and the platform links them to the company's systems.

WHAT'S INSIDE K-FLOW

01OrchestrationBranching, queues, timers and compensation scenarios.
02ConnectorsCRM, ERP, databases, messengers and internal APIs.
03ObservabilityOne log, SLA metrics and the context of every run.
04AI modulesClassification, data extraction and human review of decisions.
“Reliable automation is when a team sees not only the successful outcome, but the path of every decision leading to it.”

First results from the pilot launches

For four months K-Flow ran in a closed pilot with six companies in logistics, professional services and e-commerce. Teams moved contract approval, lead handling and returns management into the platform.

Pilot participants named speed as only part of the effect. When the whole process is visible, product and operations teams find the causes of deviations faster and can change rules without weeks of coordination between developers and system owners.

38%fewer manual operations
2.4×faster exception handling
99.96%successful runs

Security and change control

K-Flow can be deployed in the Korveniq cloud, a dedicated environment or the client's own infrastructure. Access is split by role, secrets are stored in isolation and every change is versioned. Before publishing, a scenario goes through an automatic dependency check and can be tested on historical data.

Every change in K-Flow gets a version, an author and an auditable publication log.

What's next

From September 28 the platform is available to new Korveniq Technologies clients. Upcoming releases will bring a library of industry templates, collaborative editing and extended per-run cost analytics.

Teams can begin with a two-week process audit: Korveniq experts capture the current flow, identify risk points and assemble the first working K-Flow circuit around one priority process.
